At Star of the Sea Childcare, our mission is to provide safe and nurturing child care services that promote child development and growth. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where children can learn and play.

Our preschool is staffed by highly trained professionals who have the knowledge, experience, and ongoing training needed to support young children’s learning and development. Our teachers work with children in a loving, respectful, and patient manner, creating a warm environment where every child feels safe, valued, and truly at home. All staff members are fully CPR and First Aid certified and have completed background fingerprint clearances, giving families confidence and peace of mind knowing their children are cared for by qualified, trustworthy, and compassionate educators.

Our preschool program is built on a creative curriculum designed to nurture the whole child by developing motor, cognitive, and social skills through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Children learn by exploring, creating, and playing in a safe and supportive environment where curiosity is encouraged and every child is valued. Through activities such as art, music, block play, storytelling, and group collaboration, children strengthen fine and gross motor skills, build early problem-solving and thinking abilities, and learn to communicate, share, and work confidently with others. Our approach helps children grow not only academically, but also emotionally and socially, giving families peace of mind knowing their child is building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
